Responsible for designing and creating side panels to go alongside the Chairman’s presentation of Mott MacDonald.
Annual General meeting is held in Westminster at the Queen Elizabeth’s 2nd Conference centre and is a huge event for the company, between 800-1000 managers/shareholders attend around the globe. The Inspiration: Infographic approach to make the presentation fun and engaging. The side panels needed to be clear and reinforce the presenter’s message with quick transitions.
There was a 2 week rehearsal period for the presenters which meant a lot of slides and scripts were changed. Therefore I needed to have a good work flow which allowed easy changes without being too disruptive.
